Urbanovsky District 4 Director: Eugene Urbanovsky – President, was appointed to the Board in 1984 and served as Vice-President of the Board from 2003 until 2014. He was elected President of the Board in 2014.  He has received his Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.  Eugene also serves as director on the San Miguel Electric Cooperative board.  He is employed by the Milano ISD as Maintenance and Transportation Director and is vice-president of the Cook’s Point Brethren Church.  He and his wife Martha have two children and six grandchildren.  The Urbanovsky’s live south of  Milano.
Moffat District 8 Director: Klaasje Moffatt – Secretary/Treasurer, became a member of the board in 1993 and was elected Secretary/Treasurer in 2003.  Klaasje has received her Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. She retired from the Killeen Independent School District.   She and her husband Carroll live in Harker Heights.  They have three children and six grandchildren.  She enjoys gardening, knitting, painting and quilting in her spare time.
Adamson District 2 Director: Mike Adamson joined the board in 2004.  He has received his Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.He owns an auto and cycle business in Killeen and ranches in the Maxdale area where he and his wife Cindy reside.  They are the parents of two children.  Mike  and his family enjoy team roping and hunting.
Bradford District 1 Director: Henry Bradford became a BEC director in 1981.  He currently serves as director on the Brazos Electric Cooperative board as well as the Rockdale Credit Union .  Henry has received his Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.  He was employed with Alcoa and TXU for 38 years before his retirement.  During his employment with TXU/Alcoa he served in capacities of laborer, equipment operator, dragline operator and supervisor in Mine Operations.  His career was directly related to coal mining and power generation.  Since his retirement, Henry supervised in the building of a new church for Rising Star Baptist Church in Rockdale.  He serves the church as chairman of the Deacon and Trustee Board. He and his wife JoAnn have three children and seven grandchildren.  Henry enjoys gardening, woodcrafting and motorcycling.
Ferguson District 6 Director: Dr. Jamiesue Ferguson was appointed to the board in 2007.  Dr. Ferguson has received her Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. She and  her husband Jason and two daughters live between Bartlett and Granger.  Jamiesue is a native of Oklahoma and graduated from Baylor University and Baylor College of Dentistry.  Dr. Ferguson’s  family dental practice is in Bartlett. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Jackson District 7 Director: Samuel Jackson – Vice President, was appointed to the board in 2007 and, was elected Vice President of the Board in 2014.   Samuel is employed by Civil Service as a facility maintenance management specialist at Fort Hood.  He has received his  Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. He and his wife Kim have two daughters and two grandchildren.  They live near Salado where he raises cattle and horses.
Lange District 5 Director: Eldon Lange became a member of the BEC board in 1989.  He is a farmer and has raised registered Hampshire swine.  Eldon also served on the submarines in the South Pacific for the United States Navy. He has received his Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. He and his wife Janie live near Bartlett.  They have four children, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  He enjoys hunting and fishing.
Melton District 9 Director: Edd Melton joined the board in 1979. He has received his Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. Edd is a cattle rancher and raises cutting horses in the Youngsport area where he and his wife Dorothy reside. They have  four children and six grandchildren.   He serves as pastor of the Youngsport Church of Christ.
PYong District 3 Director: Peter H. Yong was appointed to the Board Of Directors on January 29, 2015, replacing Director David J. Lewis. Yong has been a member of Bartlett Electric Cooperative for 20 years. After graduating Menaul High School in Albuquerque, NM, he attended the University of Eastern Kentucky and then the University of Kentucky. He served in the U.S. Army and retired as a Major after 22 years of service. Mr. Yong is now a Constable Deputy for Bell County. He and his wife are members of the Grace Lutheran Church in Killeen, TX. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, camping and teaching firearm skills.
