Payment Options


Bartlett Electric Cooperative offers a special bank-draft service for its members. It’s easy to use. You will receive your bill each month and it will be marked “Bank Drafted”. The funds will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account approximately ten(16) days after the bills have been mailed.

You may complete the authorization form and attach a voided check and return to our office. For more information on bank-draft, call the Bartlett Electric Cooperative office at:  254-527-3551

You will need your 8-digit account number or, the current telephone number you have provided on your Bartlett Electric Cooperative account.  This automated system accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


SMARTHUB – PAY ONLINE (Immediate Account Posting)

Bartlett Electric Cooperative accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments through our SmartHub online system.  You can access the online system by clicking here:  SmartHub – Pay Online    You will need to be registered for online payment, and have your 8-digit account number to use the online system.



The Level Payment Plan allows you to budget your electricity utility bill by paying approximately the same amount each month, based on an average of billings for the past 12 months. The Level Payment Plan may not be used to defer payment of your delinquent electric bill.

To qualify, you must be a residential member with one year of good credit history, which means your electric bills were paid by the due date on the bill every month. For more information on this plan, call the Bartlett Electric Cooperative office at:  254-527-3551
