The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role focusses on promoting a culture of safety, reducing workplace hazards, and ensuring the health and well-being of employees and contractors. The Safety Coordinator conducts safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions, while collaborating with management and crews to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Additionally, the position serves as a key resource for incident reviews, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The position requires at least five (5) years of directly related experience.

Communications & Marketing Coordinator

Bartlett Electric Cooperative, Inc., is currently seeking a qualified candidate for our Communications & Marketing Coordinator position. 

The position is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing key accounts, marketing strategies and programs that promote cooperative services and enhance member engagement. This role ensures alignment with cooperative goals by designing and managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to increase member satisfaction and participation in cooperative programs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field (work experience may substitute) and at least five (5) years of experience.

The Accounting Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering reliable, compliant, and efficient financial and accounting services across the cooperative. This position oversees accounting operations in accordance with Rural Utilities Service (RUS) accounting practices, GAAP, and internal controls, ensuring transparent and trustworthy financial reporting.

You will supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals while coordinating key activities such as financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and treasury functions.

Position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5 years’ directly related experience.  Prior experience in an electric cooperative or utility preferred.
